How To Use An Infrared Sauna
Drink plenty of water. (Prior to, during and after your sauna session.)
Preheat your infrared sauna to desired temperature for 20-30 minutes. (The most common temperatures for beginners are in the range of 110° F to 118° F.)
Take a warm bath or shower and remove substances from the skin while preheating.
Start slowly with 1-2 sessions per week.
Wear minimal clothing. (Infrared rays have difficulty penetrating clothing.)
Take at least two dry, clean towels inside the sauna to wipe away perspiration.
Relax, meditate, and escape from your everyday stress.
Massage areas of the body that ache to relieve sore and tense muscles.
After the session is over, turn the power off and sit in the sauna with the door opened for 10 minutes.
Let your body adjust to the cooler air temperature.
Once your body has cooled down, exit the sauna and rest at least 20 minutes before taking a warm shower and rinse off the perspiration from your body.

Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. Then we check stock availability to ensure shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via email. Your order will ship within 2-3 business days from our suppliers’ warehouse from the date of the order and will be delivered to your shipping address within the following transit timeframes depending on the item(s) you purchase:
- Small items like massagers typically less than 150lbs: 2-10 business days by FedEx, UPS, DHL, USPS by standard shipping.
- Large and heavy items like saunas, massage chairs, fitness, etc.: 2-4 weeks by standard LTL carriers with possible delays while enroute. (Curbside delivery)
- Threshold and White glove delivery: 4-6 weeks by 3rd party agent with possible delays while enroute.
The tracking will be available the following business day once the order ships from one of our suppliers’ warehouses. You will receive a tracking link to the email address you provide when checking out. If you do not receive the tracking info within 3 business days from the date of your order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 323-741-7866.
You will be receiving a phone call from the freight carrier to set a delivery day and time 24 to 48 hours (or more) prior to delivery. Delivery is normally within a 4-hour window and every effort will be made to ensure any delivery issues (remote areas, long driveways, large and low-hanging trees apartment complexes, stairs, etc.) should be addressed with the agent prior to shipping.
Please note that delays can happen and appointments can be missed due to weather, truck breakdowns, or holiday seasons.
If an attempt is made and delivery agents are not able to complete the delivery, they will need to reschedule an appointment with you based on both parties’ schedules which will cause a delay in delivery.
Large and heavy items like saunas, massage chairs, fitness equipment, and fire pits will be delivered by Box truck or Tractor Trailer. The items will come in one or more boxes strapped to a pallet and a single driver or 2 will unload the pallet only to your curbside or end of your driveway.
Once the driver has unloaded the pallet, immediately inspect the box(s) for any damage. Please indicate any minor scratches, indentations, or scuff marks on the delivery receipt. You do not need to open the boxes to inspect the items. Refuse delivery if you should see a large hole anywhere (most likely damage made by freight carrier forklifts) and notify us immediately via email or phone.
Cancellation & Return Policy
You may cancel and return the goods to the Seller, subject to the terms and conditions of this policy. You shall assume all risk of loss associated with the return as well as shipping, handling, restocking, and other fees, costs, and expenses as described in this policy.
Seller reserves the right to refuse all or any portion of any payment, or cancel payment due and owing if the Buyer fails to fully comply with or violates the terms and conditions of this policy, and any owing until such time as Seller a) is in receipt of the goods b) has inspected the goods and c) in the Seller's discretion, has found the goods to be free of damage.
Orders must be canceled within 24 hours of purchase and all returns must be processed within 30 days of delivery. (Except Medical Sauna and Medical Breakthrough. Please refer to the link.)
Any defective product must be claimed within 48 hours from delivery and sent back to the supplier with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) for the specific product which states the nature of the defect or warranty claim. All canceled orders and/or returned goods shall be subject to the following: a) storage fees and costs associated with routing the good; b) handling and restocking fees (Each brand has a different restocking rate. Please check the link, Manufacturer’s Return Policy page); c) a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number provided by Seller. Buyer's failure to obtain the RMA number shall result in Seller not accepting any returned shipment.

All orders canceled after 24 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped.

*Limited Lifetime Warranty of Sauna Products is 5 years on heating elements and electronics from the date of purchase. The wood structure has a 1-year limited warranty and the radio has a 1-year limited warranty.
Limited Lifetime Warranty: Golden Designs, Inc. warrants the heating elements and electronics against defects in material and workmanship for the life of the product from the original date of purchase. This sauna is for INDOOR use only. Placing your sauna outdoors will VOID this warranty. Any damage due to exposure to outdoor elements such as rain, snow, sun, wind, or extreme temperatures will not be covered by this warranty. Any damages as a result of modifications made to the sauna o its components will void this warranty.
The extent of Warranty: This limited warranty applies to products manufactured or distributed by Golden Designs, Inc. under the Dynamic brand name, delivered in the continental United States or Canada, and extends to the original purchaser at the original site of installation only. This warranty becomes valid at the time of purchase and terminates either by the specified time frame listed above, owner transfer, or relocation. Your sales receipt showing the date of purchase of the product is your proof of purchase. Manufacturer Warranty All Golden Designs, Inc. products are manufactured with the highest quality appliances and are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship at the time of delivery. The appliance warranty is extended through the manufacturer for the product including, but not limited to: stereos, CD/DVD players, etc. All exchanged parts and products replaced under this warranty will become the property of Golden Designs, Inc. Golden Designs, Inc. reserves the right to change manufactures of any part to cover any existing warranty. Any parts determined to be defective must be returned to Golden Designs, Inc. to obtain warranty service. You must prepay any shipping charges, export taxes, customs duties, and taxes, or any other charges associated with the transportation of the parts. In addition, you are responsible for insuring any parts are shipped or returned. You must present Golden Designs, Inc. with proof of purchase documents (including the date of purchase). Warranty Limitations This warranty does not apply if the unit has been subject to negligence, alteration, modification, misuse, abuse, repairs by nonGolden Designs, Inc. authorized personnel, inappropriate installations, or any case beyond the control of Golden Designs, Inc. invalidating this warranty include but are not limited to:
* Use of lacquer or paints
* Sauna and other Golden Designs, Inc. products and accessories placed on non-approved surfaces
* Outdoor applications
* Normal wear and tear or weathering
* Use of product not in accordance with instructions
Surface cracks are not considered defects in material or workmanship, as they are normal characteristics of all woods. This includes minor cracks due to wood expansion and contraction. Note: Since the wood used in construction has been kiln-dried, a certain amount of expansion and contraction occurs in the wood in a sauna environment.
Disclaimers Golden Designs, Inc. shall not be liable for loss of use of the sauna or other Golden Designs, Inc. products or other secondary or incidental or consequential costs, expenses, or damages - which may include the removal of permanent deck or other custom fixtures or the necessity for crane removal - arising directly or indirectly out of the use or inability to use the product. Any implied warranty shall have a duration equal to the applicable warranty stated above. Under no circumstances shall Golden Designs, Inc. or any of its representatives be held liable for injury to any person or damage to any property, however arising.
