Order Confirmation 

Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. Then we check stock availability to ensure shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via email. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 3 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

 

 

Shipping 

We offer free shipping on most of our products and ship to anywhere in the US except Hawaii and Alaska. (For shipping inquiries to Hawaii or Alaska, please contact us at info@goodtimehomeleisure.com or call us at 323-741-7866) 

 

Your order will ship within 2-3 business days from our suppliers’ warehouse from the date of the order and will be delivered to your shipping address within the following transit timeframes depending on the item(s) you purchase:

 

  • Small items like massagers typically less than 150lbs: 2-10 business days by FedEx, UPS, DHL, USPS by standard shipping. 

 

  • Large and heavy items like saunas, massage chairs, fitness, etc.: 2-4 weeks by standard LTL carriers with possible delays while enroute. (Curbside delivery)   

 

  • Threshold and White glove delivery: 4-6 weeks by 3rd party agent with possible delays while enroute.



Tracking Process 

The tracking will be available the following business day once the order ships from one of our suppliers’ warehouses. You will receive a tracking link to the email address you provide when checking out. If you do not receive the tracking info within 3 business days from the date of your order, please contact us at info@goodtimehomeleisure.com or call us at 323-741-7866.  

 

You will be receiving a phone call from the freight carrier to set a delivery day and time 24 to 48 hours (or more) prior to delivery. Delivery is normally within a 4-hour window and every effort will be made to ensure any delivery issues (remote areas, long driveways, large and low-hanging trees apartment complexes, stairs, etc.) should be addressed with the agent prior to shipping. 

Please note that delays can happen and appointments can be missed due to weather, truck breakdowns, or holiday seasons. 

 

If an attempt is made and delivery agents are not able to complete the delivery, they will need to reschedule an appointment with you based on both parties’ schedules which will cause a delay in delivery.     

 

Delivery Process 

Large and heavy items like saunas, massage chairs, fitness equipment, and fire pits will be delivered by Box truck or Tractor Trailer. The items will come in one or more boxes strapped to a pallet and a single driver or 2 will unload the pallet only to your curbside or end of your driveway.

Once the driver has unloaded the pallet, immediately inspect the box(s) for any damage. Please indicate any minor scratches, indentations, or scuff marks on the delivery receipt. You do not need to open the boxes to inspect the items. Refuse delivery if you should see a large hole anywhere (most likely damage made by freight carrier forklifts) and notify us immediately via email or phone.
