Cancellation & Return Policy

You may cancel and return the goods to the Seller, subject to the terms and conditions of this policy. You shall assume all risk of loss associated with the return as well as shipping, handling, restocking, and other fees, costs, and expenses as described in this policy. 

Seller reserves the right to refuse all or any portion of any payment, or cancel payment due and owing if the Buyer fails to fully comply with or violates the terms and conditions of this policy, and any owing until such time as Seller a) is in receipt of the goods b) has inspected the goods and c) in the Seller's discretion, has found the goods to be free of damage. 

Orders must be canceled within 24 hours of purchase and all returns must be processed within 30 days of delivery. (Except Medical Sauna and Medical Breakthrough. Please refer to the link.)    

Any defective product must be claimed within 48 hours from delivery and sent back to the supplier with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) for the specific product which states the nature of the defect or warranty claim. The original purchase information will be required. To return, file a claim, or obtain an RMA, please contact us at or call us at 323-741-7866.

All canceled orders and/or returned goods shall be subject to the following: a) storage fees and costs associated with routing the good; b) handling and restocking fees (Each brand has a different restocking rate. Please check the link, Manufacturer’s Return Policy page); c) a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number provided by Seller. Buyer's failure to obtain the RMA number shall result in Seller not accepting any returned shipment.


Products That Can't Be Returned:

  • No returns on made-to-order goods
  • No returns on custom features, NO EXCEPTIONS
  • Consumable items
  • Services 
  • Payment processing / administration fees 
  • Items that have been damaged by misuse
  • Items with normal wear over time
  • Items with missing parts/accessories 


All orders canceled after 24 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. 

All refunds will be processed within 5 business days once the product has been returned to the warehouse and inspected for damage. 

Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order. Please allow several business days for the refund to be processed.

  • Good Time Home Leisure shall not be held responsible for any misuse of the listed products by the customer. Good Time Home Leisure shall not be held liable for any damage and/or injury caused by customer misuse of the product.
  • Good Time Home Leisure is not responsible for the actions including the negligence of the installer.
  • Good Time Home Leisure does not provide medical guidance or diagnosis. It is always recommended that you contact your physician for advice.
  • Good Time Home Leisure is not responsible for local codes and will not accept a return on any product that is not approved for installation. Please check with your local authorities or governing agencies for proper approval before purchasing.
